RN Occupational Health Coordinator


Mountain Community Health Partnership is seeking a full time RN Occupational Health Coordinator to serve as a point person for occupational health activities conducted by MCHP. Coordinate & schedule off site and onsite occupational health services, including but not limited to physicals, blood draws, spirometry, audiometry, nutritional counseling, vaccinations, urine drug screens and general health screenings. Coordinate and manage all staff during such activities as listed above, including clinical staff, providers, clerical staff, etc. Purchase, inventory, & maintain all supplies, in collaboration with other departments as necessary, for occupational health services in collaboration with the Nurse Manager. Coordinate collection, retention, analysis & management of all data related to occupational health services (ex. audiometric testing, spirometries, etc.). Establish relationships for new occupational health service contracts. Retain & expand existing occupational health client contracts, working to refine services so as to meet their population health and regulatory needs of clients. Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and statutes related to occupational health and maintain compliance for all staff engaged in such activities. Review and coordinate all certifications necessary to perform contracted occupational health services. Maintain NIOSH certification for spirometry testing. Organizational projects as assigned. Other duties as assigned.

Days and hours, will be based on organizational need. This will include occasional weekends. Primarily day shift hours. Requires RN licensure, BLS and 3 years of occupational health experience. BSN preferred.

LPN or CMA

Mountain Community Health Partnership is seeking 2 full time LPN’s or CMA’s.

Location and hours depend on staffing needs.

Mon – Fri, with occasional weekend.

Requires

LPN licensure or CMA (AAMA), current BLS certification. 1-year experience preferred. Medical terminology, accuracy in data collection using EMR, and keyboarding skills required. EEOC Employer.
